“ They serve both hard and soft ice cream and the portions are huge. The owner and servers are always pleasant. Lots of outdoor seating. ”
“ Great ice cream and service. Just got back from a visit. My 4 year old son's ice cream dropped as we were headed towards the car which caused him to cry. A man (presumably an owner or manager) witnessed this incident and brought my son a replacement ice cream. A very nice gesture and much appreciated! We'll be back again soon. ”
“ The Dairy Twist name might seem to imply twisted soft serve ice cream similar to a royally named chain. They do sell soft serve but the traditional ice cream is the real treat. It is so creamy and delicious and the menu has a good mix of tried-and-true, conventional flavors, and interesting, new, and unique ones. I chose the blueberry crumble since the seasonal flavors only stay for a limited time. It had a balanced amount of blueberry and crumble, neither flavor overwhelming the other, in a vanilla base. It was perfect for a warm, almost summer day. The serving sizes are huge, and the staff is friendly and serves up the ice cream quickly. Go early if you don't want to have a long wait. ”

“ CASH ONLY!!! Overall great staff and large variety of quality ice cream served in good portions. I heard about Dairy Twist from the cover of South shore living (won best ice cream). The menu was overwhelmingly large and the staff was kind when answering my many questions. They were quick and extremely understating when we tried to pay with a card and had to run down the street to get cash from a gas station. I got the mint Oreo and peppermint patty. My mom got mint chip which had a nice mint taste and almond joy which she said was amazing. My mint Oreo was good with nice chocolate cookie pieces and some cream. The peppermint patty had a fresh minty base and the whole peppermint patty's were great but some pieces were crushed and just tasted like chocolate chips making the chocolate a little overpowering. Would definitely come again! ”
